Learning martial arts is more than just learning moves and exercising. It is the beginning of really starting to understand yourself and abolishing the limits you thought you had. Training martial arts encourages students to learn the principles of respect for self and towards others, confidence, patience and harmony.

 

We offer instruction in Freestyle Karate (Anderson Bushi Kai), Kids Karate, Muay Thai, MMA, BJJ, and women's Kickboxing with these programs aimed to suit the ages and skill levels of our members.

Centre founder and chief instructor Steve Robinson, is a 5th Degree Black Belt Instructor in Anderson Bushi Kai Freestyle Karate, Muay Thai instructor and personal trainer,  and is always happy to answer any questions you may have.

Our mission, as a professional martial arts facility, is being committed to making a positive impact on the physical, mental and emotional well-being and safety of children and adults in our community.
