KIDS KARATE Fact sheet - Kids Karate is the stepping stone for children aged between 5 & 12 to learn to be great sportspeople. The aim of our teaching is to provide basic martial arts based training, basic self defence skills, develop healthy attitudes towards sport & towards self, develop motor skills, social skills through co-operating with others and self discipline. We achieve this by way of diversifying our training time with periods of focused training, mixed with short games that will assist with co-ordination skills, concentration and memory. WOMEN'S KICKBOXING - Kickboxing Classes include stretching and warm ups, Partner Training, hand held pad training, touch contact sparring(optional) and technique and Skill Development. This woman's only class is designed to be as fun as you want it, while still having a great workout with your girlfriends. |
